Job Description

We are expanding our product development operations in Coimbatore, India office and are looking for ambitious, hard working and creative individuals with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, who want to be a part of a rapidly expanding high tech company.

Description: We are looking for experienced software engineers for the development of leading Business Process Management Platform, Savvion BusinessManager™ (SBM). SBM is ground up build using Java and related technologies and complies with J2EE standards and is designed for a distributed, multi-tier, scalable enterprise wide deployment.

Responsibilities:

•Design and develop new features and functionality of Savvion BusinessManager™ portal.

•Understand the product plan for each release; estimate the efforts, design and implement assigned responsibilities in timely manner.

•Interact with Human Computer Interface group, to understand interface design developed by them and provide regular feedback in terms of feasibility of implementation of the same.

•Work closely with development team in US on daily basis.

•Work hand-in-hand with Quality Assurance group during the release cycle, understand the defects reported and provide fixes for the same.

•Port and unit test the features developed on one platform to other supported platforms.

Skills Required:

•BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or Related Field.

•Prior experience in graphical user interface development, especially for portals and/or development tools using Web and Java technologies.

•Experience with handling complex concurrency, security model and scalability issues.

•Hands on Object Oriented Design and Analysis with detailed knowledge of design patterns.

•Very Strong background in Java technologies, J2EE standard, JSP, Servlets, XML/XSL, HTML, Web-Services.

•Experience with cross-platform projects

•Excellent Team Player

•Proven ability of self-learn and continuously upgrade with new technologies.

•Detail and Deadline Oriented.
