Job 1: Outbound Calling – Customer Satisfaction and Retention Surveys for a International bank for PAN India.

Scope of the Job: Call the customers and take a Survey and feedback about the transactions with the bank.

Language skills: Good Communication in English and Hindi is Must. Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam or any other North Indian Language is an added advantage.

Candidates should have good experience in probing skills to get the right feedback from the customers.

Salary: Not constraint for the right candidate.

Job 2: Inbound Customer Support – Handling customer calls from PAN India for a Mobile provider. The scope of the job is answering the customer calls.

Candidate should have minimum of 6 months experience.

Language skills: Good Communication in English and Hindi is Must. Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam or any other North Indian Language is an added advantage.
