Role would involve:

• Design the online User Experience and design the ‘look and feel’ of interactive applications to reflect and enhance the client’s brand values

• Produce leading edge creative work for websites, user interfaces, e-marketing collateral, powerpoint presentations, other multimedia presentations.

• Understand functionality requirements and Brand identity, Interact with management and users on Creative and UI issues.

• Participate in Information and Navigation design Document design guidelines for others.

• Build and implement UI and Graphic design standards for the organization Keep abreast of latest design disciplines, innovations and technology.

Desired Profile :
1. 2-3 years of thorough experience on graphic tools like Photoshop, Adobe Image Ready. Proficiency in Macromedia Flash & Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw preferable.
2. Ability to visualize & design graphic layouts for web site, and UI design for Web sites and related work.
3. Should have good color sense & thematic concepts in designing layouts.
4. Graduate with Diploma / Degree in graphic designing from a reputed designing institute or graduate in Fine/Commercial Arts.
Exceptional candidates without a formal qualification in design will be considered.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Prior experience/knowledge of Web 2.0 concepts will be preferred.
