Roles and responsibilities:
- Engaging online branding campaigns for applications that reach millions in seconds.
- As our Social Networking Specialist, your primary function will be to work on brand to develop and create viral campaign solutions in the form of compelling networking applications that will be used on top social networks such as Facebook, Myspace, and Friendster, among others.
- Leverage your knowledge of online advertising/marketing campaigns and corporate branding, as well as your understanding of why people use social networks, to craft proposals, brainstorm ideas, build mock-ups and user flows to augment your business development engagements.
- To create online events, quiz games and other activities on a regular basis for increase in regular users’ traffic.
- Responsible for the strategy and maintenance of our application on Social Networking Sites or Communities
- Passion for and proactively identifies new strategic electronic communication vehicles and applications.
- Researching and recommending strategies to ensure optimal use of electronic vehicles to achieve communication objectives.
- Proactively identifying new electronic communication vehicles and applications to enhance corporate communications (e.g., podcasts, blogs, streaming video, social networking vehicle, global TV network).
- Creating and maintaining templates and procedures for Web publishing.
- Using appropriate measurement techniques to assess electronic communication effectiveness and continually improve processes, policies and delivery
- Help drive and interpret what metrics impact the business the greatest to be a success.
Experience and qualification requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Three or more years experience developing and implementing comprehensive electronic communication strategies and plans, including working with traditional and social Web applications and other vehicles/applications (e.g., blogs, social networking vehicle)
- Strong understanding of corporate communication practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be effective working independently and as part of a team
- Detail and deadline oriented along with a willingness to meet the needs of a 24/7 environment.
- Results and quality driven ability to perform in a dynamic environment.
