Qualification : Any Graduate
Eligibility : 6months-3+ Years work experience

Must have:
*Fluency in Photoshop and Illustrator
*Well-versed with Web 2.0 design standards
*Experience with Flash and HTML development tools, motion development and basic understanding of ActionScripting
*Experience with 3d apps, video editing and sound design is a plus
*Outstanding design portfolio
*Good leadership skills
*Manage assigned designers to ensure that revisions are properly/timely implemented and delivered
*Ability to inspire and solve problems
*Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
