Skills required:

- Lead level programming experience, 8+ years
- Lead level design and architecture, 8+ years
- Strong Linux / *nix skill, 8+ years
- Strong leadership skills in software development, 8+ years.
- Knowledge of different software development life cycle processes.
- Strong programming skills in Perl, C++, object-oriented programming, shell scripting, 8+ years
- Strong database knowledge in MySQL, Oracle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coordination skills and a talent for pro-active thinking and foresight.
- Strong ethic in product and feature documentation
- Strong background in interdepartmental communications
- Strong background in regression, functional, and unit testing
- BA/BS or MA/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field
