Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Requirements:
* BS or MS in CS, CE, EE or related field; Masters preferred.
* 6+ years of strong hands-on development experience in Java/C++.
* Hands on real-world experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Struts etc.
* Strong Java skills and object oriented design experience.
* Experience building out scalable, multi-tier web applications.
* Experience in SQL, Unix/Linux, and scripting.
* Good knowledge of database systems.
* Bonus points if you worked on high traffic web applications or have a prior startup experience.
* Lead projects, coordinate with other teams and mentor junior engineers.
