Job Overview

* The Reporter/Stringer (RS) is expected to track and report developments and trends in retail, lifestyle, food, and fashion segments.
* The RS will assist research and consulting teams by providing on ground information and news on a regular basis.
* The effort will involve trend spotting, analysis, proactive information gathering and interpretation for industry and its stakeholders.
* The profile requires strong domain knowledge, understanding of the sector and astute analysis skills.
* The person will engage proactively with various knowledge benefactors, stakeholders and available resources.
* The person will be expected to work on sharp deadlines and clear deliverables.
* The person will contribute towards building a successful organization with a distinctive service culture and team spirit.

Desired Profile

* A graduate degree from a respected institution with proven analytical expertise.
* At least two years of relevant industry experience, preferably working in a reporting function, or with proven involvement in the segment.
