We are looking for a very dynamic and highly energetic individual to lead our web UI experience design effort. The person will be
• Able to understand and master new technologies quickly
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Able to quickly understand and solve unique and undocumented programming problems
• Must be energetic and self-starting
• Team player, proactive and loves technology
• Approaches UI projects with a software engineering perspective and relishes in having test and code coverage for the whole code base.
• A commitment on Test Driven Development
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills and ability to work independently, making appropriate decisions and seeking input when needed
• Create, maintain, and evangelize UI style guides for application developers and designers

Technical Requirements:
• Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Thorough experience with dynamic, interactive content in Flash, experience working with ActionScript (2.0 & 3.0)
• Designing modular and object-oriented ActionScript with a deep understanding of design patterns like MVC
• Very solid understanding of cross borwser javascript compatibility & optimization techniques.
• Deep experience with developing web applications targeted at all the major browsers (IE, FireFox and Safari) with thorough knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of each browser
• Good understanding of UI and usability design principles
• Experience with ajax, xslt, json and frameworks like YUI, scriptaculous etc.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or related BS degree or related work experience
