We are in the process of productizing our patent pending technology and looking for senior developers who are passionate about pushing their limits to show their talent. You will be responsible for defining, designing and architecting various modules on our video delivery network as well as our web application.

We are looking for experienced systems software engineers to architect and implement various components of our video delivery network. The person will have a

• Can-do attitude, result oriented and a deep passion for excellent customer experience

• Very fast learner, detail oriented and passionate about new technologies

• Strong focus on quality with a deep commitment to test driven development and a penchant for unit tests.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills and ability to work independently, making appropriate decisions and seeking input when needed

• Team player, proactive and loves technology

Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience in Java, servlets, JSP, JDBC and XML

• Strong experience building highly scalable web applications in J2EE and JBOSS

• Proficient with mysql or postgres database. Ability to write, review and tune db queries. Experience using hibernate

• Thorough understanding of advanced java topics like multithreading, garbage collection

• Experience in diagnosing performance, memory and other runtime stability issues in java.

• Extremely proficient in problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem solving

• Experience in performance tuning large-scale web applications.

• Deep understanding of design patterns, design skills using UML and committed to test driven development

• Bachelor of Computer Science or related BS degree or related work experience of 4+ years in java development
