Our Company:
Kirpa Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is in the online e-commerce business.

We are a self-funded and exciting startup developing a dynamic
ecommerce B2C website. Through primary and secondary research we have
learned that our concept, which currently has no parallel in India,
will have great acceptance in the marketplace. Although the design,
concept, and strategy has fully been conceived and developed by us,
the portal development process has at present been outsourced, and
will be brought in-house shortly before Alpha launch in May/June.

Our Team:
At present we are a small team, but we are looking to grow to 8-10
within 2 months. Our team has extensive Indian and international
experience in technology (Infosys), financial services (Goldman Sachs,
HSBC, etc), and strategy consulting (Greenwich Associates) and MBAs
from INSEAD (ranked consistently as Top 8 MBA worldwide by Financial
Times and Business Week). Given our professional and personal
backgrounds, we possess a strong network which we will fully leverage
towards the success of our e-commerce portal.

We are looking for Tech Architects/Team Lead/Senior Software Engineers

We need a Team Lead who can manage and run our full dynamic e-commerce
website as well as grow our development team by hiring more candidates

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the following technologies:
- PHP, Java, Javascript, MySql, Ajax, HTML
- Excellent design and development experience, especially with
back-end tools - J2EE etc.
- A good knowledge of the front end and design tools.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- IIT or similar degree a great plus
- Experience and expertise will determine role

- Communication skills
