Job Title: Account Manager SEO/SEM

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the PM-Search Marketing include developing strategies for and managing organic as well as paid search programmes for client websites. From keyword analysis to site optimization and PR building, to tracking and analysis, the PM will be responsible for the entire cycle of Search Marketing activities.
The PM will be assisted by Search Marketing executives to implement the program.

Key responsibilities include:
• Work closely with the clients in analyzing their site content, keywords and site traffic.
• Develop/Recommend SEO strategies for the site.
• Act as the project manager to implement the SEO changes
• Review the requested modifications for accuracy, especially content-related
• Monitor & Track the results of the SEO campaign through web analytics and conversion tracking
• Develop and document the SEO knowledge

Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience of which 2+ years should be optimizing web pages for Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL etc. Portfolio of successful SEO projects is a must.

Desired Profile
• Experience in internet/web marketing research and analysis, with an ability to identify and communicate with clients.
• Clear understanding of search engine algorithms and techniques are required. Ability to analyze the changing algorithms, smartness to adapt to new techniques and clear understanding of various search engines is mandatory.
• Should be able to hand-code HTML with experience on Java Script and CSS (Preferred).
• Should understand how search engines and their spiders index and rank websites and a thorough know-how of link popularity experience.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
