Looking for Java Consultatnts for our Insight Office at Bangalore

Looking for Java Consultants with 3-8 yrs of experience

Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience in Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, JMS, STRUTS, and XML.

Experience using one of the J2EE Applications Servers is a must. WebLogic 8.1 and above is preferred.

Must be strong in one of the RDBMS such as Oracle, DB2, etc. Oracle 8i and above with PL/SQL experience is preferred.

Should be able to design moderate level database schemas and write complex SQL queries, Stored Procedures, etc.

Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Concepts.
Exposure to UML and Design Patterns is required.

Experience working under Unix/Linux environment is a must.

Experience using Eclipse under Windows/Unix is required

Experience using Web Services, XSL is desired.

Exposure to Hibernate, AJAX, JSF and Spring is a plus.

Experience using ClearCase is good to have.

Senior candidates also expected to have-

Must have full software product lifecycle experience.
Experience in designing & developing small to medium scale websites and web applications.
If required, ability to technically lead a small team of developers.
Very good communication skills.
Self motivated, punctual and flourishes in any environment.
Excellent problem solving and team building skills is a must.
Looking for a self-starter willing to tackle new and challenging problems.

Past work experience at a leading professional software services firm with exposure to US work culture and distributed

project delivery (US, India, Europe) is preferred.
The job also requires occasional trips to US.
