Business Development Manager - OnYoMo

Requirements :
1. Engage sales managers, distributors, customers of OnYoMo’s current/potential partners to study problems each one of them faces in the selling/buying process
2. Engage marketing managers of these companies with an analysis of the problems and the solutions that OnYoMo could offer to these problems
3. Highlight OnYoMo’s capabilities as an advertising platform and jointly define the partner’s advertising strategy for the OnYoMo platform
4. Study the overall market, including media, online, other players, to explore partnership avenues, perform cost-benefit analysis of such partnerships, and selectively strike partnership deals with these players
5. Interact with internal teams, viz. Categories, Finance and Technology to convey market requirements and study OnYoMo value propositions
6. Provide inputs on strategy direction for OnYoMo

1. Street-smart business-savvy individuals who precisely understand the needs of the position and are self-driven to execute consistently with focus and finesse
2. Proven track record in developing solid relationships with clients and agencies
3. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, and instinct for revenue-generating activities
4. Outstanding presentation and communication skills
