Role & Responsibility:

C2w is going to pioneer UGC in India and transform itself from a broadcasting website to a UGC one. They key factor to making this transformation successful will be technology. The CTO will be responsible for managing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development in terms of this revolution.
Responsibilities:
*     Candidates must be capable technocrats able to plan / successfully execute strategy and continually develop cost effective systems and operations to meet current and future requirements.
*     Must have a strong track record of managing development and technology teams; especially in an Internet environment and needs to have a broad based technical background/knowledge (technologies used include: Linux (CentOS 4), Postgres 8, Apache 2, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2005).
*     Should be able to establish technical standards, systems and processes and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations.
*     Should be able to anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape.

2) Position Title:

Flash Game Programmer

Location:

Mumbai

Role & Responsibility:

*     Candidate would be required to work as a key resource in our online game development division.
*     Game development using Flash 6.0 or higher versions
*     Web site development using HTML, DHTML and JavaScript
*     

Should be able to comfortably interact with the Creative team, Graphic artists, product manager & backend integration team to identify and develop online games for various demographics.

Educational Requirements:

*     Candidate should be a B.E./ B.Tech or Science graduate.
*     Certifications preferred

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

*     Candidate should have strong knowledge of Flash Action Script 1.0 and 2.0
*     Good understanding/ knowledge of Physics & Mathematics is an added advantage.
*     Should have minimum 6 months experience in flash programming / action scripting.
