We are looking for the following skills:

• Java, J2EE (Struts, Hibernate, Spring, EJB)
• Sound RDBMS knowledge. Preferably MySQL
• Strong analytical skills
• Good design skills
• Good requirements analysis and solution visualization skills
• Ability to lead a team of 3-5 though a technically challenging assignment
