Ojas Venture Partners is an early stage Venture Capital firm based out of Bangalore and Singapore. Our First Fund of $35M (closed) is backed by Mr. Nadathur S Raghavan, cofounder & former JMD of Infosys, founder of the NSR Center for Entrepreneurial Learning at IIM Bangalore and an active mentor in the early stage ecosystem in India in addition to being on the boards of several companies.

Our team comprises of former entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. Our objective is to grow the entrepreneurial ecosystem in India by adding advisory, operational and relational capital in addition to the requisite financial capital. We seek to invest primarily in startups in the mobile (VAS & core technology), consumer internet and low capex communications and semiconductor spaces with a strong India focus (significant management decisions made in India whether the market is India or outside).

We have an opening for a Senior Associate to join our team. This person is expected to
·        Perform research, financial modeling & analysis of industry segments in which Ojas seeks to invest
·        Work with the portfolio companies management and the rest of the Ojas Ventures team to develop a strategy for business execution of the Portfolio company.
·        Translate the company’s strategy into an organizational plan and roadmap with markers & milestones.

·        Monitor the markers & milestones and enable company management to meet them. Identify any risk factors and work with management to mitigate these. These could be resource risks, process risks, market risks, etc.

  The ideal Senior Associate would have

·        An MBA and an engineering background with 5-8 years of industry experience in the Consumer Internet space

·        Experience working in Management Consulting firms or startups  a plus
