We are currently recruiting exceptional voice professionals for our Services workforce. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing semi technical service for a multi-vendor solution. Key responsibilities may include troubleshooting connectivity issues and providing superior inbound internet support.

Additional Information - Successful candidates will be a graduate in any field and possess excellent communication skills and possess 0-1 year’s commercial experience. Similarly, you will enjoy working in teams and possess a basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and issues relating to Network Command Centres and Dial internet. You will demonstrate a committed approach and relish the opportunity to deliver world-class service to your clients in order to ultimately improve business performance. You will also be flexible to work a shift roster.
