Job Description - In this position, you will provide telephone support to assist customers and field staff with the configuration, use, and customization of the Windchill family of Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers and field staff with the configuration, administration, and general functionality of Windchill application solutions.
• Developing expert communication skills.
• Developing a strong technical understanding of Web application administration, and Internet technologies.
• Developing expert level knowledge of the Windchill PDM / PLM applications.
• Creating software configurations, duplicating issues, and troubleshooting technical problems, and tracking the resolution of those problems with other PTC departments as well as with the customer.

• Demonstrated motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
• Prioritization skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Basic experience with Mechanical CAD or Electrical CAD software.
• Understanding of manufacturing design processes.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.

Desired Profile - Experience / exposure to Java and/or other software programming languages is a plus.
Experience / exposure to Internet and/or Network infrastructure technologies (Web services, network security, etc.) is a plus. Willingness to work in Night shifts.
