1.Trouble shooting experience in Hardware & Windows 2000 & Windows 2003, and Microsoft Back office products like Ms Office, proxy server, web server, FTP server (Microsoft Applications)

2.Good Working Experience in LAN & WAN (Configuration of Routers, Switches & firewalls etc)
