·         Knowledge of LAMP architecture
·         Knowledge of php based CMS - Joomla, Drupal, Mambo
·         Web 2.0, AJAX experience - AJAX frameworks - Prototype, DOJO, DWR etc
·         Performance and monitoring of php application

·         Excellent communication skills with high initiative levels
